Lady Gaga Performs Intimate Show at the Legendary Apollo Theater

Lady Gaga has performed all over the world and in front of millions of fans but last night she finally made her debut at the Apollo Theater in Harlem.

The concert was an invite-only event in celebration of the corporate merge between SiriusXM and Pandora. The invitees included some big names in Hollywood like Michael Douglas, Catherine Zeta Jones, Jon Oliver and Beth Ostrosky-Stern, who left Howard at home because he had to get up early for his radio show.

Performing her greatest hits, from “Poker Face” and “Applause” to “Bad Romance,” she portrayed a larger-than-life presence during the up close and personal concert.

Gaga transformed the famed Harlem stage into a futuristic space station.

Projected behind her during the show was a tall alien named Enigma, created using Gaga’s voice and following her movements via motion-capture technology.

A very loose storyline followed Enigma bringing Gaga to her home planet, where the pop star learned to find herself and embrace what makes her unique. “My enigma is my wisdom, my gut, my inner voice,” Gaga explained during her set.

Leading the pack of celebrities were Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta Jones.

Catherine wore a red dress with butterfly prints while Michael wore black pants and a black shirt,
