Lady Gaga Looks Nearly Unrecognizable As She Bleaches Her Eyebrows While Celebrating Her Birthday

Lady Gaga is renowned for her fearless and daring fashion choices and striking makeup looks, a fact well-known to her adoring ‘Little Monsters’ fanbase. Last week, the “Stupid Love” singer thanked fans for helping her ring in her 38th trip around the sun, and she shared a new sunlit selfie in which she rocked edgy bleached eyebrows.

While many admirers headed to her March 28th Instagram post comments section to praise her latest bold look, others admitted that they did a double take at first, with the Haus Labs mogul looking “different” with lighter brows.

In the post for her 56.4 million IG followers, Gaga donned an edgy leather jacket, seen sitting in a car for the new pic. To help highlight her lighter new brows and make them the center focus, the Star is Born alum opted for a more minimal makeup look, highlighting her natural beauty.

“Today has been so special—I can’t remember a time I was so happy on my bday,” she captioned the snap. “I am in love with my best friend, my family and friends are loving and kind and healthy.”

The Grammy winner continued: “I feel like my heart is bursting with gratitude for my own health and MUSIC—I am writing some of my best music in as long as I can remember our movie Joker 2: Folie à Deux is coming out soon.”

The “Applause” artist then thanked her fanbase, noting: “Thank you thank you thank you for loving me the way you do and for having such a real love for my songs—I’ve been writing pop songs since I was a little girl I can’t believe I still get to do what I love. This year will be an important and meaningful year for us I know.” Gaga concluded her message, signing off: “Music changes people lives im so honored I get to be a part of that in this life.”

Fans headed to her post’s comments section to share their thoughts. “Blonde brows look smashing on you lady mama,” one wrote as another added: “You are so beautiful.”

Speaking of new music, Gaga sat down for a video call interview with beauty influencer Nikkie de Jager, also known as NikkieTutorials, discussing her upcoming album, LG7, and her personal life with the YouTuber, 30.

In the clip, the “Bad Romance” hitmaker donned a chic black sleeveless top with a high neckline and wore her signature platinum blonde tresses down, parted in the center and styled into subtle, effortless loose waves. As for her makeup look, Gaga went for black liner, rosy blush on her high cheekbones and a pink pout.

“Listen, I’m working as fast as I can, but I will say that I’m feeling deeply inspired right now,” Gaga said in the video, regarding her highly anticipated follow-up to 2020’s record, Chromatica. She went on: “I’m so excited for everything I have to show all the fans and I’m deeply grateful for everybody’s excitement [about] my creativity.”
