Lady Gaga Admits The Romance Between Herself and Bradley Cooper Was Fake

Gaga has mentioned that the romance scene at The Oscars was faked and mapped out because it was a 'performance!' Yeah, it was definitely a publicity stunt!

Cooper was dating model Irina Shayk at the time in 2018. They later split up. Rumors were flying out the window that they broke up because Bradley was involved with Lady Gaga!

Lady Gaga stated that the press is "very silly.""I mean, we made a love story. For me, as a performer and as an actress, of course, we wanted people to believe that we were in love. And we wanted people to feel that love at the Oscars. We wanted it to go right through the lens of that camera and to every television that it was being watched on.” She explained to Oprah Winfrey in a recent interview.

Cooper also recently told Oprah Winfrey that the rumors weren't really true. “If they had been true, I never would have been able to look at Gaga in the eye sitting at that piano.”

Lady Gaga Appreciates Bradley Cooper as Her Co-Star

Gaga admits that she truly appreciates her "A Star Is Born" co-star Bradley Cooper but there is no official romance between them. It's all acting! She wanted to fool the world into thinking there was a hot romantic relationship between them! In reality, they're just good friends.

Isn't it disappointing when the truth finally comes to fruition?

“From the moment we met, I felt a kindred spirit in him,” Gaga told TIME. “And as soon as I heard him sing, I stopped dead in my tracks. I knew he could play a rock star. Actually, he’s the only actor on the planet who could play this one.”

Cooper expressed his appreciation for Gaga as well.

“She entrusted me with giving herself so she could reveal herself to be the actress that she is, and I entrusted her that I would be able to become the musician that I was terrified to be,”
