Kylie Jenner Shares the Foods She Cut Out to Get Her ‘Body Back’ After Stormi

Kylie Jenner always relied on genetics to maintain her weight — until she gave birth to Stormi.

The cosmetics mogul, 21, said her body changed after Stormi’s arrival in Feb. 2018, and she had to become more mindful about what she ate.

Jenner shared her weight loss tips in an Instagram Live after one of her followers asked how she got “a flat tummy again.”

“It’s all about diet for me,” Jenner said. “I’m naturally just a really skinny person. But not like Kendall. She’s naturally, like model status. But yeah, I’ve always had a really flat stomach but I never felt like it went back to what it was before Stormi until recently, and I feel like it has a lot to do with diet.”

The reality star said that she had to give up her favorite carb- and cheese-filled foods.

“I really eat very crazy usually. Like whatever I want,” she said. “Pizza, pasta, a lot of dairy. And I just kind of cut all of that out and have just been eating better. And I feel like that’s the trick for me, personally.”

But Jenner pointed out that losing the baby weight takes time.

“And I also think, after a child, it really does take just as long to get your body back as it did to create the child,” she said.

That was something pointed out by her older sister Kim Kardashian West when Jenner was feeling insecure in the months after Stormi was born. During an October episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kardashian West reassured Jenner that she just had to be patient.

“Nothing in my closet fits me,” she told Kardashian West. “I’m just feeling a little insecure. I feel like my hips have just spread. My favorite jeans, they’re never going to fit me again. I feel like some people don’t get it. Some people are just body shamers.”

“I know it’s like, really early and Stormi is so little but you just have to roll with it,” Kardashian West said, adding that it took eight months to lose the baby weight after son North West. “You just have to be confident, get some things that make you feel good about yourself and find your balance.”
