In October, sister Kim Kardashian, 43, revealed that Kardashian Barker was on bed rest while she thanked her friends and family for sending her birthday flowers.

"So blessed to have hit the jackpot of friends! I couldn’t have ever dreamed I would be so lucky to call these girls my friends ✨ thank you for all the birthday love ❤️," Kardashian began.

Referencing her missing sister, she added, "Kourt I’m jumping in bed with you next week for our bed rest picnic 🎂."

Kardashian Barker's time on bedrest came after the Lemme founder experienced a scary moment in September, undergoing emergency fetal surgery.

In an interview with Vogue for their November issue, the reality star reflected on the emotional time, sharing, "That experience opened my eyes to a whole new world of pregnancy that I didn't know about in the past," she told the outlet.

"It was terrifying. And I learned that insurance typically only covers two ultrasounds when you're pregnant, I had no idea," she continued. "I've always been lucky enough to do more than what insurance covers, and it's one of those ultrasounds that saved my baby's life."

At the end of September, Kardashian Barker and her Blink-182 drummer husband threw a Disneyland-themed baby shower, sharing a round-up of photos to her Instagram.

"Baby shower of my dreams ✨," she began the caption to shots showing her family fun with friends and her husband, with whom she shared a flirty photo booth session.

"Thank you mommy @krisjenner for turning your home into the happiest place on earth,
instilling my love of all things Disney, and for throwing this baby shower to celebrate me and your thirteenth grandchild."

This is the first baby together for Kardashian Barker and the drummer, however, the Poosh founder is already mom to daughter Penelope Scotland, 11, plus sons Reign Aston, 8, and Mason Dash, 13, with ex Scott Disick.

Barker shares daughter Alabama Luella, 17, and son Landon, 19, plus stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, 24, with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
