Kylie Jenner fans think new “The Kardashians ”teaser is about Timothée Chalamet

The teaser's sandy locale has show fans dreaming of parched "Dune" planet Arrakis.

Is Kylie Jenner in her "Dune era"?

The Kardashians star wore an elegant look in a video posted to the Hulu reality show's Instagram account Wednesday, in which she introduced a teaser for the upcoming season, which drops May 23. The quick clip featured Jenner's sister Kim Kardashian noting that the family had decided to slow down last year. Then sister Khloé Kardashian appears to say that they have not.

At the end of the season 5 teaser, we see a photo of Kylie, Kim and Khloé, as well as sisters Kendall Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian and mom Kris Jenner all glammed up in earth tones with a desert background.

The desert is what had people wondering, since Kylie's rumored boyfriend Timothée Chalamet's latest blockbuster is action-fantasy film Dune: Part 2, which is set in the sands of parched planet Arrakis.

On Thursday, the account shared a snapshot of Kylie in the same ensemble and the words, "1 week." Fans were loving it, with some of them referencing the makeup mogul's "Dune era."

Jenner and the actor, whose movies also include Wonka and Call Me Be Your Name, have reportedly dated since early 2023. While they have mostly kept their relationship out of the spotlight, they were seen kissing at the Golden Globes in January.

In July, rapper Travis Scott, who is Kylie's ex, appeared to shade Chalamet on his song "Meltdown" from his album Utopia. The track included the lines, "Chocolate AP and chocolate the Vs, got the Willy Wonka factory / Burn a athlete like it's calories, find another flame hot as me,"

The fifth season of The Kardashians premieres May 23 on Hulu.
