Kylie Jenner Bragged About Billionaire Bank Account at Met Gala, Says A-Rod
Alex Rodriguez is divulging way more than expected during his Sports Illustrated interview, even letting a little something slip about Kylie Jenner!
When asked about this year's most sought after event, the former baseball stud couldn't help but gossip about the youngest billionaire, revealing she talked about "how rich she is" at their table in front of Jennifer Lopez and Idris Elba.
A-Rod and his soon-to-be bride were seated alongside Kylie, Kendall Jenner, Idris, Donatella Versace and an "Asian gentleman from Rich Asians" during the event in May ... not because they're all friends, but because they were all wearing Versace.
According to the MLB announcer, Kylie's table talk consisted of her social media, makeup and billionaire empire.
"Kylie was talking about Instagram and her lipstick, and how rich she is," he said.
While J Lo's fiancé remembered that detail about Kylie, he had some hard to swallow descriptions of his table mates whose names he couldn't recall.
“We had a great table,” he said. “The black guy from The Wire—Idris Elba, yeah, and his new wife. Some famous singer next to me, I don’t know what her name is. Versace—Donatella. We had Kylie and Kendall. And we had an Asian gentleman from Rich Asians, the lead."
Although, A-Rod's recollection of Kylie's table manners may not be the best, it didn't stop him from hanging out with her oldest sister, Kim Kardashian, during the night.
A-Rod, J Lo, Kim and Kanye West were seen spending time together, even pausing to take sizzling shots in their high-priced outfits.
While the newly-engaged singer and baseball beau matched in Versace, Kim stunned in a custom-made vintage Mugler gown while Kanye flexed just how powerful he is by wearing Dickies.
Kylie Jenner has defended her title before, but she can laugh A-Rod's subtle insult to the bank because she was named the youngest self-made billionaire by Forbes Magazine earlier this year.
She knocked Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg off the top spot. He previously held the youngest self-made billionaire title by gaining his fortune at age 23.
The makeup mogul started Kylie Cosmetics in 2015 and it's currently sitting at over $900 million -- and that's just one of Kylie Jenner's successful ventures.
