Several Arizona athletes took to social media on Friday in the aftermath of the U.S. Supreme Court ruling that Americans no longer have a constitutional right to abortion.

The court's ruling in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization overturned Roe vs. Wade and allows states to set their own course on abortion laws

Many sounded off on the decision.

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray tweeted: "No one should be able to force their beliefs on anyone’s body, that is not right. Sending love to our women."

Brianna Turner: 'Something doesn't sit right in my spirit'

Phoenix Mercury player Brianna Turner sent out the following messages on Twitter: "Maybe in the next election we should have a vote to eliminate the Supreme Court. 9 people with the power to make generational decisions for 330 million people. There’s gotta be a better way.

"Something doesn’t sit right in my spirit as we speak of what’s constitutional vs what’s not knowing that the constitution was written by a group of slave owners. I know there’s been amendments overtime but our founding document was doomed from the start.

"States issuing trigger bans on abortion should probably bring that same energy to addressing subsidized healthcare, daycare, maternity leave, formula shortages, etc.

"Anti-maskers real quiet today. Temporary requirements to wear a face mask in public spaces during a global pandemic? Complete outrage. Forcing people to give birth? Complete satisfaction. It’s the conditional bodily autonomy for me"
