It is unclear when Richards changed her Instagram name; however, it comes after Umansky's decision to move out of their shared home. The Blast reported that he followed through on his words by splurging on a luxury condo in West Hollywood.

According to a source, Umansky's new home is in the same building where Matt Damon owns a $8.6 million unit. They also claimed the real estate agent moved due to his living situation with Richards.

The Estranged Couple Are Now Living Separately

The insider shared that the Richards and Umansky "have been living separately for the last few months" while he has been staying in his new home. They noted that the pair's dynamic has been working out since they no longer remain under the same roof.

According to the source, Richards intends to remain in their primary residence, but Umansky "will frequently visit" while she is away. Despite their new living situation, the former couple isn't ready to address their divorce.

Although the pair have been separated since July 2023, the insider claimed that starting their divorce proceedings was not on the table.

The reason allegedly lies in it being "too messy financially as Kyle has a huge stake in The Agency," the real estate company Umansky co-founded.
