Kyle Richards’ commitment to fitness is no joke.

Although maintaining workout motivation isn’t always easy while on vacation, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member made sure to squeeze in some exercise during her European holiday. On Saturday, August 19, Kyle posted a few Instagram Stories that showed her doing cardio and lifting weights on the deck of an Italian yacht. And, of course, she looked quite incredible doing it.

The first photo featured different exercise equipment placed near the vessel’s railing. While it wasn’t a lot of gear, it was clearly enough for a full-body workout. There was an aerobic step platform, rotating push-up handles, an ab roller, and a few free weights.

“No excuses,” Kyle captioned the Story.

Moments later, the RHOBH OG posted a video of her pedaling a stationary bike before turning the camera toward the Amalfi Coast. The clip captured other boats making their way through the crisp blue water as the stunning cliffs served as the backdrop. It was a breathtaking view that likely made the cardio session much more bearable.

The following Story showed Kyle doing dumbbell bench presses while rocking coral red Asics sneakers, a black baseball cap, and a black string bikini with purple and green trimming.

“I’ve never seen weights like this,” Kyle captioned the photo, in which she was seen holding adjustable dumbbells. “But they will do.”

Kyle Richards’ Health and Fitness Journey

Kyle began chronicling her health journey earlier this year after people began speculating about her weight loss. The mother of four shut down rumors that her transformation was due to medication and insisted it was simply a result of a clean diet and strict exercise regimen.

Kyle spoke about her experience during the January 23 episode of Two Ts in a Pod, a podcast series co-hosted by RHOBH’s alum Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave and The Real Housewives of Orange County’s Tamra Judge.

“After gaining weight during the summer... I said, ‘That is it. I’m not having any sugar, any carbs, any alcohol. I thought for maybe, you know, two, three weeks until I lost weight,” she explained. “But then I was losing weight, I was working out every single day, and I started losing weight and I felt so good, I’m like, ‘Why would I go back to that?’ So I still have not had alcohol at all. I mean, I’ll have a bite of birthday cake here and there, kind of thing.”
