Kyle Richards Reveals Sutton Stracke "Almost Burned Down" Her Bel-Air House

Sutton Stracke recently revealed that although she rented Kyle Richards' Bel-Air home for nearly a year, her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills castmate didn't request a security deposit. However, the home is now in need of some repairs after Sutton's departure.

"[Sutton] was a great tenant, although she did almost burn my house down," Kyle told host Andy Cohen on Part 1 of the show's Season 11 reunion. As it turns out, the mishap was news to Sutton. "What did I do?" she asked. "Did I really?"

"I swear," Kyle said. "They just did like a walk-through and they're like, 'Um, the house was almost burned down.'" After showing a photo of the fireplace damage, Sutton declared, "It is not my fault, I just turned the fireplace on."

Andy quickly pointed out that the cost of repair would normally come out of Sutton's security deposit, but Kyle explained why she didn't ask for one in the first place: "She was supposed to be there only one month."

Still, Sutton was more than happy to finance the repairs. "You know I'll fix it," she said, to which Kyle replied, "I know that...I'm laughing about it."

Although Sutton didn't have to give Kyle and Mauricio Umansky a security deposit, she did pay a hefty amount to rent the abode each month. On the show's May 19 episode, Kyle revealed that Sutton was paying $20,000 per month, which was discounted from the typical $25,000 monthly rate. Kyle declared, "There was absolutely a friends and family discount."
