On the January 23 episode of Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave and Tamra Judge's podcast, Two T’s in a Pod, Kyle Richards explained why she doesn’t typically post about her workouts on social media. “It’s not my brand,” she said. “And I’ve had such major body issues my whole life, I don’t like to focus on that.”

After posting an Instagram Story gym selfie on February 6, Kyle also shared what she ate that day. Although she’s typically “not a big breakfast person,” she explained that after a workout, she “would have eggs or a smoothie with protein powder.” For lunch, she had fish with vegetables, and her dinner was chicken breast and a salad. Kyle also noted that she eats fruit and drinks “lots of water” throughout the day. On the podcast episode, Kyle noted that she has cut out alcohol for the time being.
