During his time at UTA working on media relations and publicity, Boulia also managed all executive and client communications for close to 20 departments and business verticals, including talent, literary, music, podcasts, creators, the Foundation, DEI and fine arts, among others. He helped shape DEI at UTA and championed the LGBTQIA+ community within the entertainment industry while also fostering an inclusive workplace through his leadership in UTA Proud, a UTA Employee Inclusion Group dedicated to supporting LGBTQIA+ client and colleagues, as well as allies.

In his leadership role for UTA Proud, he helped establish and co-chaired the group, overseeing all of its global initiatives and mentoring LGBTQIA+ colleagues earning the company a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index–a first for a major Hollywood talent agency.

Boulia got his start in Hollywood as an assistant to veteran UTA communications executive Lisa Stein.
