Kurt Angle was apparently “down with that” on the January 23 episode of WWE RAW.

Monday’s episode of RAW was the 30th anniversary show, and it featured several legends. D-Generation X, the Hall of Fame group that includes Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Road Dogg, and X-Pac came to the ring to celebrate the milestone, and Kurt Angle joined them for their entrance. As Road Dogg launched into his usual routine, and he noticed Angle. He asked the WWE Hall of Famer what he was doing there, and Angle revealed that he had always wanted to be a part of DX. He then took off his shirt to reveal a DX shirt.

Michaels then told him that he’d have to pass a test, and Angle had the chance to prove himself when he offered to be the special referee for an impromptu six-man tag team match between Seth Rollins and the Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins) and Imperium (Gunther, Ludwig Kaiser & Giovanni Vinci).

At least for one night, it seems like Angle was a honorary member of DX. The show didn’t mark the first time he temporairly joined a faction; he competed as a member of The Shield at WWE TLC 2017.
