Not long after Diddy's disturbing video was released online, Chenoweth took to X to share why the video "bothers" her "so much." She shared multiple tweets on the subject, giving insight into her own life.

"I’ve just seen the Sean 'Puffy' Combs. There is no excuse no matter what his defense is. Heartbreaking I used to love him," she first tweeted. Her next tweet says, "Honestly I have my reasons for the Sean Combs video bothering me so much. The main thing I need to do is pray for him. For real."

After replying to some tweets directed at her, she opened up about her own situation. When one person shared, "I survived 5 years of relentless violence by an ex. Once, he heard me praying for him, and it enraged him. No prayer can change evil. I began praying to be delivered from his evil. March 29, 2021, was my day of deliverance. Plz pray for victims' deliverance, not for evil abusers," Chenoweth shared her own story in response.

"Never wanted to come out with it, but here we go. Several years ago I was severely abused. It took me therapy and prayer to understand I deserved better. I was deeply injured physically and spiritually. The only thing I knew to do when I got out was pray. Pray for myself. Pray for him as he grew up abused. So. There yall go," she shared.

Last September, the "Queen of Versailles" actress tied the knot to Josh Bryant, 41.

"I have been a self-proclaimed bachelorette my whole life. I was never going to get married," Chenoweth told PEOPLE. "I even got engaged before and couldn't do it. Until I met Josh. Then I was like, 'Why would I ever let this guy go?' I'm so blessed."

The couple first met in 2016 at a wedding where Bryant's band, Backroad Anthem, performed. Two years later, Chenoweth's nephew got married, and once again, Bryant's band was the musical entertainment.

"We had become friends by this time, and that's when he came on strong," Chenoweth said. "Josh asked me where I was going to be playing next, and it was North Carolina. I said, 'I'm busy. I don't have time, da, da, da.' And he shows up to the concert and that was it for me."

The actress said she wasn't expecting to fall in love, but there was an undeniable connection between them.

"I guess it was the right time," she said. "God knew what he was doing with that. Josh is 14 years younger than me, and I thought that was ridiculous. I'm never going to do that in my life, ever. But he's made me feel very confident and beautiful and loved at any age."

Chenoweth has been vocal about how she's dealt with Chronic Migraine in her life and what's helped her out in the hopes of helping others who deal with the same.

There was a time when she thought she might have to retire from acting and singing due to debilitating Chronic Migraine. But thanks to a treatment plan that worked for her, she shares her experience to help others feel less alone.

"It was adult onset. I was 25," Chenoweth exclusively told The Blast. "I was singing a solo concert with the Virginia Symphony and all of a sudden, I started getting this aura of flashing lights, and I couldn't really understand what was going on."

She said it wasn't long before the nauseous feeling set in and once the curtain went down for intermission, she ended up getting sick.

"My mom had had really bad headaches growing up, and I thought this must be what that is, but after a few years of dealing with it, and then finally getting diagnosed by my doctor, I came to understand that it's migraine," she continued. "I tried different medicines, different pills, I tried a shot. Problem is, there was nothing preventative for me."

After giving BOTOX a shot as a preventative measure, she realized it was working for her.

"Once I found what was really helping, it was like a new day for me," she told The Blast. "I was facing retirement. I didn't think I could continue."
