Kristin Cavallari Recalls Boyfriend Mark Estes’ ‘Sweet’ Gesture During Their Romantic Mexico Getaway

Kristin Cavallari is unveiling new details about her Mexico getaway with boyfriend Mark Estes!

The Laguna Beach alum, 37, had fans buzzing after she debuted her steamy new relationship with the 24-year-old in February while the pair were in Los Cabos, Mexico. During Tuesday’s episode of her podcast Let's Be Honest with Kristin Cavallari, she finally shares how she ended up at the Mexico hotspot with the Montana Boyz member — along with the “sweet” gesture he made toward her.

Referring to Estes as “Montana” throughout the episode, she explains, “Montana and I have been hanging out a lot and then he ends up coming to Mexico with me.” She reveals that it was originally a work trip for her jewelry line, Uncommon James, and that the pair ended up spending “six days straight” together.

Continuing to gush over her new boyfriend, Cavallari recalls the moment she realized “just how sweet this man is.”

“So we're in Mexico, it's our first night there and I'm getting ready for dinner and he is like, ‘I'm gonna go to the ATM,’” she begins. Once he gets back from his errand, the pair are about to head out for dinner when Cavallari notices a “huge vase” outside of their villa.

“We're walking out and he is like, ‘Oh my God, did you see that lizard?’ And I was like, ‘no, what?’” she recalls. The mom of three jokes that she then thought he was going to pull out a lizard from the vase.

Instead, “He pulls out a bouquet of flowers and he gave it to me,” she explains. “The thought that went into that blows my mind because he could have gone and gotten me a bouquet of flowers and just brought 'em back to the room and given them to me. But he hid them. He came up with his little story. Like the whole thing was just so sweet.”

Cavallari first went public with her relationship with Estes at the end of February when she posted a photo of the two on Instagram. "He makes me happy 🤍," she captioned the post. The former college football player later re-shared it to his Instagram Story along with two hearts.

The Very Cavallari star then made her debut on Estes’ social media in a lovey-dovey TikTok of the pair sharing some PDA in Mexico.

In response to criticism she’s received over the 13-year age gap between her and Estes, Cavallari took to social media again to brush off the haters in a TikTok video. "When they’re all up in arms that im dating a 24 year old. Andddd?" she captioned the clip.

The reality star was previously married to former NFL player Jay Cutler until the pair split in 2020 after 10 years together. They share three children together — sons Camden, 11, and Jaxon, 9, and daughter Saylor, 8.
