Kristin Cavallari is setting the record straight about her recent confession to Travis Kelce.

During the Sept. 19 episode of her podcast Let’s Be Honest with Kristin Cavallari, the 36-year-old reality TV alum admitted having a "crush" on Kelce, 34, when he was starring in his own reality dating series, Catching Kelce, in 2016.

"You were 100% my TV crush when the show was on," Kristin told the Kansas City Chiefs star during the podcast last month, adding, "I was in love with you."

Now, amid the tight end's ongoing romance with Taylor Swift, former MTV star Cavallari clarified that she wasn't trying to seduce Kelce when she made the confession.

"What's so funny is everyone was like, 'Kristin was shooting her shot with Travis,' " Kristin told E! News on Monday.

Cavallari continued, "I'm like, 'I actually wasn't there.' If I really have a crush on someone I'm not gonna tell you I had a huge crush on you and was in love with you."

The Hills alum added, "I've got more game than that."

Kelce's interview on Cavallari's podcast did shed light, though, on what the NFL star is looking for in a romantic relationship, and what he's definitely not looking for in a partner. “High maintenance, I’m out the door,” Kelce said, adding that the person he dates has “to be humble, grounded.”

The frequent jokester then added what would make a bad match for him: “If you’re arrogant, snooty or just higher or above people, that’s the biggest turn-off for me.”

It also helps if the person is kind like his mom, Donna Kelce, he said.

“My mother is an absolute angel so I kind of base who I look at based off of how kind-hearted and sweet my mother is,” Kelce explained. “You gotta have some sort of sweetness to you.”

So far so good on that front when it comes to Swift. The "Bejeweled" singer has been spotted on multiple occasions spending time with Donna, and a source close to the new couple recently told PEOPLE that the mother to two NFL stars thinks Swift is "very sweet" as they get to know each other.

“Donna likes Taylor and thinks she’s very sweet and down to earth," the source said.

Swift has also been spending time with her beau's father, Ed Kelce, as she continues cheering for the Chiefs star at his NFL games.

On Wednesday, Kelce and his brother Jason joked around on their weekly podcast, New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce, about how they felt seeing their father, Ed Kelce, chatting up Swift during Thursday's victory over the Denver Broncos at Arrowhead Stadium.

“Papa Kelce in the spotlight,” Jason, 35, said as he and his brother kicked off a segment dedicated to their dad’s interaction with Travis’ new love interest. “If you were watching the game, you saw something momentous happen, which was Taylor Swift talking to Ed Kelce.”

“You know Dad like I know Dad,” Travis said, adding, “This is a terrifying conversation. I felt terrible for Taylor for being in this.”

The brothers joked about how a conversation with their father ignites fear in them both.

“If you see Dad talking to anybody and you can’t hear what’s happening, who knows where that conversation’s going,” Jason said.

But after the jokes were done, Travis called Ed the “best f---ing dad in the world” as he shared more about what he and the “Anti-Hero” singer chatted about.

“You can see in this picture all he’s doing is just absolutely pumping her up,” Travis said before revealing that Ed has started listening to Swift’s music "a little more” given his budding romance.

Travis ended the segment with a sweet shoutout to Ed. “Thanks Dad for not making me look bad, partner.”
