Kristen Wiig Dresses as the Mother of Dragons
Funny lady Kristen Wiig stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon dressed as Daenerys Targaryen from Game of Thrones. (Why? Unclear. But who cares?) The actress came complete with a fake dragon perched on her shoulder (his name was “Carl Khaleesia,” if you’re wondering) and some fake breasts taped to her chest. Of course, Wiig’s Khaleesi differed from her Game of Thrones counterpart in a few ways: Her real name is “Karen,” for example, in her spare time she likes to play the mandolin and do stand-up comedy, and her English accent tends to fade in and out. Wiig can be seen out of her Khaleesi costume this summer on Netflix’s Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp (premiering July 17), and she’s also set to star in next year’s reboot of Ghostbusters.
