Kristen Stewart Is an Open Book Regarding Her Relationship with Robert Pattinson

"Twilight" stars, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson kept their relationship extremely private while they were dating. Now that they broke up, Stewart finally opens up and discusses their romantic relationship when they were together.

The couple broke up in 2013. "Twilight" has since ended permanently.

According to the Business Insider, Kristen told Howard Stern on his show, "It's so weird, like, actually being honest about this. It's been so heavily consumed." She continued, "I have this fear that people would assume that maybe I'm, like, you know — it's kind of attention-y, like, 'Oh, cool, you're still, like, pushing that narrative' or whatever," she continued. "It's like, no, I've actually never been allowed to just say what happened. Because I was so self-conscious about seeming like an attention-seeker." Stern replied that "Falling in love on the set is the biggest mistake an actor can make." Stewart replied, "There was nothing I could do about it!"

Stewart regrets how their romance ended, but Pattinson was indeed her first love and it was "the best" for her. She also stated she would have married him.

Stewart admitted that since her romance with Pattinson was made public; they couldn’t do a lot of things normal couples enjoy, like hold hands in public.

"You deprive yourself of so many experiences,” she explained. “We didn’t walk down the street holding hands because we were like, ‘We don’t wanna give it to ’em.’ But then, we didn’t get to walk down the street holding hands, and it sucked.”

Kristen admits the backlash she endured with a romantic tryst she experienced with Snow White director, Rupert Sanders that she never had sex with him. It wasn't the "hot steamy passionate" romance that everyone thought it was.

Back in 2012, photos emerged of Stewart and Sanders kissing on the set of Snow White and the Huntsman. After her embarrassing affair with Sanders went public, Stewart issued an apology for her actions.

She explained to Howard Stern on his show, "We lived in a different time then, the slut-shaming that went down was so absurd," she told Stern.

Stewart was griping is that she was denied a role in the 2016 sequel "The Huntsman: Winter's War," and chalks it up to the public affair.

"They didn't put me in that movie because I went through such a highly publicized scandal, they were scared of touching that."

Stern commented that it was a "dumb move" by the studio to exclude her, and Stewart agreed.

Stewart is now dating girlfriend Dylan Meyer. She's an actress and screenwriter who's worked on films like Loose Ends, XOXO, and Miss 2059. They officially announced that they were an item; but now they're hinting that the two might get married soon.
