Um, so, Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard and their children were apparently left "stranded" at Boston Logan International Airport this week.

The family underwent a series of flight delays and changes that left them unceremoniously stranded at the airport.

Dax shared on his Instagram: “After 7 hours of delays, the flight was kicked to the next day altogether. ZERO vacancies in the greater Boston area.”

Dax said since all the hotels nearby were "taken," the family decided to camp out.

Ultimately, the delay ended up costing the family roughly $600 for their night at the airport.

Dax shared he'd spent $350 on "blankets and neck pillows," while Kristen added she spent $253 on bedsheets.

But mind you, they didn't even end up sleeping there. According to NBC Boston, the family ended up getting "kicked out when the terminal closed at 1 a.m."

Kristen wrote on her Instagram story: "There were no hotels avail within 50 miles and we wanted to stay but we were kicked out... And had to find a place to stay right AFTER dad had taken his sleep aids."

But fortunately, a happy ending was possible! The family was able to find a place to sleep with "friends of friends," who offered up their attic. Kristen added in her story that "they took us on a hike the next morning with a lot of dogs, and it was heaven!"

So glad it all worked out!
