Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard’s La-Z-Boy Argument Spills Over to ‘Ellen’
On Thursday’s The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Kristen Bell responded to husband Dax Shepard’s side of their La-Z-Boy feud. Shepard visited the show on Monday and showed his interesting placement of his large recliner. Since the gift from Bell wouldn’t fit in his office, he plopped it front and center of their living room. The chair sits awkwardly between the couch and their TV screen. Shepard refuses to move it and ruin his perfect view of the TV.
Bell shared her view of the TV from the couch and said, “I sit right behind him, and I feel like I’m in an actual movie theater.” She then mimicked sliding out of a movie theater aisle and apologizing for leaving for the restroom.
Though the placement of the chair is in question, it doesn’t look like they’ll remove it. Shepard marveled at a photo of him in the chair: “I’ve seen people win gold medals in the Olympics — they don’t look that happy.”
