Kris Jenner is really battling to get 'Momager' trademarked

Kris Jenner might be the puppet master behind the KarJenners, but sometimes there are strings even she can’t pull. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians matriarch has been trying to get “Momager” trademarked for years, and she’s not taking no for an answer.

The mother of five attempted to trademark the word back in 2015, but after a two-year battle, the trademark office concluded that “Momager” was too similar to “Momanger,” which was already secured by someone else. Jenner settled the dispute late last year with that person, and she was allowed to use the term for anything except reality TV or web programming, according to TMZ.

That’s why Jenner was able to drop her Momager cosmetics line on Mother’s Day, and she plans to use it for a clothing line — but she wants more.

TMZ reports that she’s taking another shot at trademarking the term. Maybe she’s sick of just collecting her 10 percent manager fee on Kylie and Kim’s empires?

How mad is Dina Lohan that she didn’t get this trademarked back in the day?
