Kourtney Kardashian's Ex-Boyfriend Can't Be Found By Alleged Assault Victim
Kourtney Kardashian’s ex-boyfriend Younes Bendjima can’t be tracked down by his alleged assault victim.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Bennett Sipes, who is suing Bendjima, says he has been unable to serve him with the legal papers.
Sipes hired a process server who has tried multiple times to serve Bendjima. They claim to have tried to locate an address, checked all “real property ownership” documents, checked with the. U.S. post office, and “attempted to contact the Defendant’s family and friends to no avail.” Sipes claims they made 14 attempts to serve Bendjima.
He is asking the judge to allow him to post a public notice, in place of having him personally served.

Sipes sued Bendjima, Drake and Odell Beckham Jr., over an alleged assault that went down at Delilah nightclub on March 24, 2018.
Sipes claimed Bendjima and members of Drake and Beckham’s entourage and private security proceeded to “push, shove, kick and repeatedly punch Plaintiff in the face and body.”
Beckham Jr. has denied all wrongdoing and pointed to the security footage as his defense, saying it showed he did not participate. Drake has denied wrongdoing and also pointed to the footage, saying it shows Kardashian’s ex Bendjima fighting not him.
In his lawsuit, Sipes claims he was at the club to see his girlfriend, Sommer Ray, who was in the VIP section of the club, talking to Drake, OBJ and Kourtney Kardashian‘s ex, Younes Bendjima.
Sipes claims that when he approached his girlfriend, an argument ensued between him and the three men. He says that when he went to leave the VIP area, he “witnessed Defendant Drake signaling to his private security a hand gesture of ‘throat slash,’ after he pointed at Plaintiff. Plaintiff understood this to be some type of physical threat towards himself.”
As he was attempting to enter the restroom, Sipes claims Bendjima and members of Drake and Beckham’s entourage and private security proceeded to “push, shove, kick and repeatedly punch Plaintiff in the face and body.”
Sipes sued Drake, Beckham and Bendjima, as well as the club for not providing adequate security.
The case is ongoing.
