Kourtney Kardashian Barker is offering an insight into life with a newborn.

In a post shared on her Instagram Story Sunday, the Poosh founder, 44, revealed what she eats while breastfeeding her son Rocky who she welcomed into the world last month.

Alongside a snap of a tray featuring a festive mug and saucer and white ramekins, Kardashian Barker wrote, “snack that’s good for supporting optimal breastmilk supply.”

Her snacks included walnuts, dried mulberries and hot coconut milk.

Kourtney welcomed Rocky — who has the middle name Thirteen — on Nov. 1 with her husband, Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker.

A source exclusively told PEOPLE at the time that The Kardashians star was “over the moon” about her son’s arrival. "Her pregnancy took a stressful turn towards the end," they added. “She is happy to just be able to snuggle her baby boy now. She feels so blessed."

In a 2020 interview with Poosh, the Lemme co-founder sat down with her sister Khloé Kardashian to discuss motherhood and their differing experiences with breastfeeding.

After Khloé, 39, commented that breastfeeding seemed “so easy” for her older sister and “it wasn’t for me,” Kourtney replied, “It’s not so easy, I remember the first month being the hardest. There is pain involved. The latching, once I figured that out, then it was pretty easy, easier for me, but there was pain.”

“I’ve never used formula,” she added.

Khloé went on to admit that breastfeeding “did not feel safe” for her and she didn’t really leave the house when she was trying to breastfeed her daughter True, who is now 5.

“I was definitely comfortable to breastfeed in front of anyone,” her sister replied.

“I would answer the room service [wearing a breast] pump on and be like, ‘Hey, just set the food down,’ ” Kourtney added with a laugh.

Kourtney is also mom to daughter Penelope, 11, and sons Reign, 8, and Mason, 13, with her ex Scott Disick, while Travis, 48, shares daughter Alabama, 17, and son Landon, 19, plus stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, 24, with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
