Kourtney Kardashian Reveals What She Packed in Her Hospital Bag to Welcome Baby Rocky

The star's essentials included a placenta encapsulation kit, three cameras and a skull-print blanket

Kourtney Kardashian Barker likes to be prepared!

The mom of four, 44, who welcomed baby son Rocky Thirteen with husband Travis Barker on Nov. 1, has opened up about what she packed in her labor and delivery hospital bags.

Sharing a lengthy post on her lifestyle website Poosh, the reality TV star shared that she organized her belongings into three bags for the milestone moment. “One for her, one for the baby, and one for extra miscellaneous items like blankets, pillows, and cameras.”

Uploading the Poosh post via her Instagram Story on Monday, Kardashian captioned it, “Hope it’s helpful. It’s been 3.5 months since I packed it but…”

The Kardashians star’s subsequent Instagram Story revealed little Rocky's color-coordinated items, including a personalized wash bag embroidered with “Baby Barker,” a skull print-blanket and a skeleton onesie.

Meanwhile, her website post also revealed that Kardashian and her musician husband, 48, packed “matching SKIMs pajamas” for themselves to wear during Rocky’s birth. Kardashian also made sure to include “disposable black undies,” and shared: “The hospital provides white mesh ones but I like black. Anything to feel your best after birth is worth it — without sacrificing comfort.”

Kardashian also included "plenty of high-waisted postpartum underwear," in order “to help get your organs back into place,” as well as Mermaid tea “to help milk production” [for breastfeeding].

As for Rocky himself, the lucky tot’s haul included a going home outfit specially selected by big sister Penelope Scotland, 11. Kardashian shared, “P picked this out and bought it for the baby as a surprise for me, the sweetest.”

The meticulous mom also revealed that she used a seam ripper to cut the tags out of all of Rocky’s clothes. “I’m a little crazy,” she jokingly wrote.

And to help capture their newborn’s first moments, the Kardashian Barkers packed three cameras. “New digital video camera, Vintage video camera [and] Kourt’s point-and-shoot camera," she shared.

The star also made sure to pack two medical items. A “cord blood kit” — “Umbilical cord blood contains tons of stem cells,” her post said, and a “Placenta encapsulation kit."

Her post revealed that this turns your placenta [which is delivered after the baby] into “pills you can swallow” which are “full of nutrients” to “help with healing after giving birth.”

As well as Rocky and Penelope, Kardashian is also mom to sons Reign Aston, 9, and Mason Dash, 14, with ex Scott Disick. Meanwhile, Barker shares daughter Alabama Luella, 18, and son Landon, 19, plus stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, 24, with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler.

Kourtney and Travis shared the first photos of their son in a sweet joint Instagram post last month.

In one shot the couple could be seen cuddling with their little one while dressed in all-black, while another showed Kourtney nursing her baby boy as she gazed down at him.

"ROCKY 🖤," they captioned the carousel of photos.
