Last year, the reality star and husband Travis Barker dressed up as Bride of Frankenstein and Frankenstein

Kourtney Kardashian is getting into the Halloween spirit early!

The Kardashians star, 44, kicked off the first day of October — and the first day of spooky season — with a throwback photo of her Halloween costume last year.

“Ready for October 👰🏻‍♀️🖤,” Kardashian wrote alongside photos of herself sitting in front of a mirror dressed as Bride of Frankenstein.

On her Instagram Story, she also shared several shots of Bride of Frankenstein-inspired artwork from Pinterest, including a drawing of the character sitting in front of a mirror — seemingly the inspiration for her own costume shot.

Kardashian also reposted a clip of herself and husband Travis Barker — who complemented her Halloween look in an elaborate Frankenstein costume — dancing in a car on Halloween last year.

In the video, the couple shows off their elaborate, horror-inspired looks (Kardashian wore a gravity-defying wig and white gown, and Barker wore green makeup, a black suit and platform boots) while dancing to a spooky season staple: “Somebody's Watching Me” by Rockwell.

“I always feel like somebody’s watching me,” Kardashian captioned the cute clip.

Kardashian caused a bit of a fuss with her costume last year when she and sister Kylie Jenner both dressed up as Bride of Frankenstein for Halloween.

According to the Poosh founder, the spooky twinning was entirely an accident — neither sister told the other about their costume plans.

To poke fun at the situation, Kardashian shared a photo of herself in full costume holding a phone on her Instagram Story, which she captioned, “When you and your sisters don't discuss [costumes] in advance.”

Jenner, 26, wore her Bride of Frankenstein costume first, posting it on Instagram before Halloween. She shared several photos and videos of the look, which centered on a custom Jean Paul Gaultier bandage gown.

The Kylie Cosmetics founder dedicated several posts to the costume — and struck fitting poses in each of them.

In one, Jenner appears to scream with her hand by her mouth. In another, captioned “HAPPY HALLOWEEKEND,” she is strapped to a spooky examination table like the one featured in the classic Universal Frankenstein flicks.

Jenner’s other 2022 Halloween costumes included Elvira of Elvira: Mistress of the Dark, and two space-themed costumes: a blue alien and a futuristic “space girl.”

Kardashian, on the other hand, stuck to her bridal theme — she and Barker had tied the knot earlier in the year.

Before her Bride of Frankenstein serve, she dressed as Tiffany Valentine from Bride of Chucky and, naturally, Barker dressed up as her doll lover, Chucky.

For the killer doll-inspired look, Kardashian wore a wedding gown, cropped leather jacket, tulle veil, black choker necklace, bright green contacts and Valentine’s iconic gothic makeup.

Like the iconic doll, she also sported a temporary tattoo on her chest that featured the word "Chucky" and a large red heart.

Barker transformed into her mini-murderer husband with a striped shirt, overalls red wig, prop knife and lots of fake stitches on his face.

The reality star shared several photos of the couple’s costume on Instagram, one of which she captioned with a quote from the flick: “You got your wish. You're mine now doll. And if you know what's good for you, you are going to love, honor, and obey!”
