Korean culture events slated for March 30 and April 6

Mar. 26—On March 30 and April 6, the public is invited to a two-part Korean culture event at Indiana State University aimed at increasing community awareness of diversity in culture and values among Asian and Pacific Islanders.

The event is free and organized by the Asian and Pacific Islander Council (APIC) at ISU, an affinity group primarily of faculty and staff.

The first event, from 7 to 9:30 p.m. March 30, is Korean movie night and the showing of "The End of April (Sawoleui-ggeut.)"

The second event, from 5 to 7 p.m. April 6, is a Korean movie culture discussion: "The Power of K: How Korean Movies and Dramas Fascinate People."

Both events will be at Recital Hall in the Landini Center for Performing & Fine Arts, ISU.

A special guest is Kwangbok Kim, "The End of April" film director.
