Kodak Black Welcomes Fourth Child, Delivers Baby Himself

Kodak Black has welcomed his fourth child, which the rapper helped deliver himself.

On Tuesday (Feb. 27), Kodak’s girlfriend, Maranda Johnson, shared the news of her and Kodak’s new addition to their family on social media. “2/27 a prince was born,” Johnson — who also shares a two-year-old daughter named Queen Yuri with the rapper — wrote on X, formerly Twitter.

Her referring to the newborn as a “prince” lead many to presume the child is a boy, however, a name for the infant has yet to be revealed to the public.

According to Johnson, Kodak, was allowed to participate in the delivery of their child, which she shared in a subsequent post. “Our midwife really let bill deliver our son himself,” Johnson said of Kodak, also known as Bill Kapri.

In addition to his two children with Johnson, the “Super Gremlins” rapper also has two other children from two prior relationships. In 2016, he and girlfriend Jammiah Broomfield welcomed their son, King Khalid Octave, to the world, while his and Daijanae Ward’s daughter, Izzabella, was born in 2022.

February has given Kodak Black ample reason to celebrate, as the hitmaker was recently released from jail after being vindicated of drug charges earlier this month.

Arrested in Florida in December 2023 after being found asleep behind the wheel of a vehicle, Kodak was charged with oxycodone possession, evidence tampering, cocaine possession and a traffic violation.

It was later proven the rapper had a prescription for the oxycodone, and a lab test determined the powdery substance found during responding officers’ search did not test positive as cocaine. Kodak would ultimately be sentenced to time-served, ending his supervised release stemming from a prior conviction.
