Prior to his rap career, Kodak Black had his sights set on being an actor for one reason—Zendaya.

On Saturday (Oct. 28) while at One MusicFest in Atlanta, the 26-year-old told HipHopDX that he once wanted to audition for Nickelodeon. He never did, but confessed, “I wanted to audition for ‘Shake It Up’ so I could push up on Zendaya.”

Earlier this year, a video made its rounds where a young Kodak revealed he was auditioning for a new show, but never said which show or why. “Yeah, auditioning with Nickelodeon ‘cause you know a new show coming out, feel me,” he said confidently in the clip. “Just, just stay tuned. I’m gon’ be on there. I know how to act.”

Shake It Up debuted in November 2010 before getting canceled after three seasons in November 2013.

More recently, he told Tiffany Haddish they should link up for OnlyFans. However, the Girls Trip actress shut that down promptly while on Instagram Live.

“Uh, nope, we not doing that,” she replied. “First of all, I’m too old for that s**t. Second of all, you know I got box office movies. I don’t need to go on an OnlyFans, okay?”

He then switched gears and asked her for a movie cameo, but Haddish would rather collaborate musically.

She previously revealed that she has two unreleased tracks with Lil Jon and E-40 at Hollywood Unlocked‘s Impact Awards.

On the record with the latter, the Bay Area native raps, “Left cheek, left cheek, right cheek, right cheek/ Break that thing down, look over your shoulder,” before Haddish chimes in, “All natural, I don’t need a** shots/ Try to touch a bih, that’ll get ya a shot/ Reppin’ for the pretty bi**hes/ I’m a mascot.”

Listen above.
