Kodak Black And Maranda Johnson Share First Photos Of Newborn Son

Kodak Black and Maranda Johnson have presented their infant son to the world, as Johnson recently shared a photo of the rapper holding his newborn on social media.

On Wednesday (March 6), Johnson took to X, formerly Twitter, to post pictures of the child named Prince Kapri being cradled in Kodak’s arms. In the photo, Kodak, clad in blue jeans, a blue shirt, and blue hat, can be seen looking down at his son, who is also dressed in similar colors.

While it’s not clear when the picture was taken, the hospital band on Kodak’s wrist and makeup of the room gives reason to believe the photo was captured in a medical facility of some sort.

Johnson, who also posted pictures of a new diamond encrusted necklace with an “MJae” pendent, as well as a balloon-filled room in celebration of Prince Kapri’s arrival, reveled in being the mother of two of Kodak’s children. “Say once you have my daughter, turn around and have my son,” the mother of two captioned the post.

In a statement to TMZ, Kodak expressed his gratitude for the newest addition to the Kapri clan, which the rapper reportedly helped deliver himself. “I’m happy to be home with my family and my new son,” the Florida native told the outlet. “It was very special to help deliver a new soul into the world. I know he’s going to be a special person.”

In late February, Johnson revealed that she had given birth to the couple’s second child together, announcing on social media that on “2/27 a prince was born.” Johnson also shares a two-year-old daughter with Kodak named Queen Yuri, and has been referenced as his fiancé by the rapper himself in the past.

In addition to his two children with Johnson, Kodak Black, who was recently released from jail, has two other children from previous relationships. His first-born King Khalid Octave was born in 2016, while his youngest daughter, Izzabella, was born in 2022.
