Kodak Black’s lawyer called out Ray J and others for showing fake love for his client on social media. On Sunday (Oct. 29), the fed and state lawyer, Bradford Cohen, took to Instagram with a message for those “[feigning] concern.” He addressed Ray J’s claims to have reached out to the rapper for help and his invitation to Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate.

“Kodak Black has all these positive things going on since we procured him the pardon from President Trump. Clothing lines and new collabs. Charitable actions (mostly anonymous), scholarship awards, and more. People that feign concern yet reach out on social media are not people that are genuine. Just to clear some things up,” he typed.

“Kodak was invited to Mar A Largo by Ray J for a fund raiser for another candidate, not for altruistic reasons. I had already been in contact with the President for a one on one meeting that was going to be private. Let me also make clear, any of these people that are being vocal about their ‘concern’ were nowhere to be found when Kodak needed their support for a pardon. I can’t tell you how many emails went unanswered. He was getting tortured in a max prison and not a word from all these concerned [individuals].”

As he continued, Cohen took aim at the “judicial reformers” who fake their support and care for Kodak on social media. However, he did thank a list of celebrities for helping in real life. This list included Lil Yachty, Lil Pump, Vanilla Ice, Jake Paul, Fat Joe, Lamar Jackson, Yo Gotti, and more.

“The ‘judicial reformers’ out there didn’t help at all… not a single call, email or show of support. They can try and rewrite history after the fact, but not one helped,” he added. “I protect all of my clients and stand up for all of my clients. I do my best for all my clients. I will always set the record straight for any of my clients. If you have something productive, then say it offline. The internet makes people very comfortable with giving advice without picking up a phone.”

Ray J and Black’s issues arose after the entertainer showed concern for the Floridian on social media. After watching his recent Drink Champs interview, the “One Wish” singer voiced concern for Kodak’s wellbeing.

“Yo somebody need to grab bro and make sure he good,” he said. “This ain’t the interview N.O.R.E. We gotta help this dude. I took him to Trump house and he did the most. They were not happy with the experience bc he had no guidance and respect. Yo @wack100, let’s figure out how we can help this guy instead of watching him self-destruct.”

However, the “Super Gremlin” artist denied his help and then called him a “bi**h” on IG Live.
