Are you ready for some country music?

Hours after the Class of 2023 is enshrined into the Pro Football Hall of Fame on Aug. 5, the Zac Brown Band will play the Concert for Legends at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium.

The annual event starts at 8 p.m. and will feature opening act King Calaway.

What time is Zac Brown Band's Concert for Legends show?

The Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival Concert for Legends will be 8 p.m. Aug. 5 at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium.

Who is the Zac Brown Band?

The Zac Brown Band has been performing since about 2010, when it won the Best New Artist Grammy Award. The band has sold more than 9 million albums.

Hit songs for the eight-member band include "Chicken Fried," "Toes," "As She's Walking Away" and "Knee Deep." The band currently is on the road with its 10th national tour, the From the Fire Tour, which supports its recent album “The Comeback (Deluxe).”

Who is the opening act?

Country act King Calaway will open, taking the stage about 8 p.m. The band released its debut album, “Rivers,” in 2019. The band regularly performs with the Zac Brown Band, and its music includes the song “When I Get Home.” King Calaway currently is touring with Zac Brown.

Who previously performed at the Concert for Legends?

The Concert for Legends debuted in 2015, with a sold-out show from rockers Aerosmith.

Prior music performances were part of the former ribs burn-off events in downtown Canton or at the Stark County Fairgrounds. Concerts for Legends shows have showcased rock, pop and country acts. Pop acts were Maroon 5 (2018) and Journey (2022). Imagine Dragons performed in 2019. Country stars have performed at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in 2016 (Tim McGraw); 2017 (Toby Keith with Kid Rock); and 2021 (Brad Paisley).

There was no concert in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Where do you park for the concert?

While the Enshrinement Festival runs Aug. 3-6 at sites around Canton, parking at the Hall of Fame will be available only certain days.

Parking for the Hall of Fame Game on Aug. 3 and both the Enshrinement and Concert for Legends on Aug. 5 will be at the Stark County Fairgrounds at 719 Wertz Ave. NW in Canton. SARTA shuttles will transport event attendees to the hall. All-day shuttle passes are $3.

The hall’s parking lot will be open other days during the festival. According to the Hall of Fame, those who use transportation services such as Uber and Lyft cannot be dropped off or picked up at the stadium. Those riders are urged to access the shuttles at the fairgrounds. The drop-off system has been in place for the past four years.

Tickets are available on the Hall of Fame’s website. Click on ticket packages, and a map of the stadium will show where tickets are available.
