If you're going to see country star Luke Combs and company at American Family Field this weekend, you won't have to contend with the Milwaukee Brewers' new parking-payment system.

For Combs' concerts at the ballpark April 12-13, the Brewers say they plan to have their traditional on-site cashiers in place for people paying for parking at the ballpark.

Of course, you still can pay for parking in advance at brewers.com/lukecombs, where general parking is $25 and $40 for preferred parking. On the day of the concerts, parking is $35 for general lots or $50 for preferred lots; the Brewers won't guarantee that parking will still be available day-of-show, though.

After launching a new QR code-based payment system for parking on opening day, the Brewers temporarily suspended it after fans struggled with connectivity issues at the April 2 opener.

When do the parking lots and the gates open for Luke Combs' concerts at American Family Field?

The parking lots at AmFamField will open at 3 p.m. April 12 and 2:30 p.m. April 13 for Combs' concerts. Tailgating will be permitted in the stadium lots.

On both days, the gates will open at 5 p.m., with the first opener starting at 5:45 p.m. Combs has two different slates of opening acts: On April 12, it's folk group the Wilder Blue, singer-songwriter Charles Wesley Godwin and outlaw country artist Cody Jinks; on April 13, it'll be Colby Acuff, Drew Parker, Mitchell Tenpenny and Jordan Davis.

A reminder: Give yourself plenty of time to get into the ballpark, especially on April 12, when there'll be Friday afternoon commuter traffic to contend with. Getting through security into the stadium will take some time, too, so plan accordingly.
