Anyone with an ounce of food industry experience is well-aware that running a restaurant is tough work. And while smashing a plate or kicking over an appliance would generally get you fired from any restaurant job, that certainly won’t be the case for Fox’s pop-up restaurant-themed rage rooms, all thanks to a beloved reboot of a popular Gordon Ramsay series.

To celebrate the return of Fox’s beloved reality show Kitchen Nightmares, the network is bringing restaurant-themed rage rooms to cities across the U.S. On Saturday, Sept. 30, and Sunday, Oct.  1, fans of the show will be able to visit restaurant-themed rage rooms in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Tampa, Florida, Rochester, New York, and Syracuse, New York.

After being given Kitchen Nightmares-themed bats, rage room goers will be able to demolish anything from kitchen appliances to rolling pins, liquor bottles, vases, dinner plates and glasses, Fox shares exclusively with PEOPLE. Meanwhile, voice recordings of Ramsay, who is the series’ host and executive producer, will fill the room — further fueling your inner rage.

To partake in a 15-minute time slot, guests must book a spot. However, reservations won’t open until Sept. 20, so make sure to mark your calendars.

Kitchen Nightmares follows Ramsay to restaurants “in crisis,” that are in serious need of a makeover. He serves as the restaurant’s “last chance of survival,” to identify and hopefully fix problems such as health code violations, staffing issues, unacceptable kitchen conditions, and more. The series will be returning for its eighth season on Monday, Sept. 25, at 8 p.m. E.T.

The new season of Kitchen Nightmares, which originally ran from 2007 until 2014, comes after a nearly decade-long hiatus. Because this is the first new season since it ended, avid fans of the show, and of Ramsay, are heavily anticipating its return.

While he isn’t preparing to hit the road again for Kitchen Nightmares, Ramsay recently launched his first frozen food line. The brand, called By Chef Ramsay, is now available at Walmart, and features eight fan favorites, including a four-cheese lasagna, mushroom risotto, chicken pot pie, and even British classics, such as fish and chips.

Ramsay told PEOPLE he hopes his culinary creations “inspire the home chef in everyone.”
