The 2022 Academy Award nominations were just announced, and I'm sure you have plenty of opinions.

Here are some of mine: Passing was snubbed, Lady Gaga was not snubbed (sorry), and justice was served for Kristen Stewart.
One thing we can all find lovely is that Kirsten Dunst and Jesse Plemons — a real life couple — got their first ever nominations for their work in The Power of the Dog.
They are nominated for Best Actor and Actress in a Supporting Role.
Kirsten and Jesse, who have been together since 2016 and have two children, played Rose Gordon and George Burbank, who get married despite the disapproval of George's brother, Phil (Benedict Cumberbatch).
Kirsten told Variety how she found out about her nomination, which she says involved a lot of screaming and crying.
"It just…it feels so good to be honored by the community you’ve worked in for so long, you know?" she said.
She shared that she got to give Jesse the news of their nominations, saying that it is "like a storybook" to be nominated together.
Aw! My heart!
