'Kingdom' Star Jun Ji-Hyun Fronts Burberry's Holiday Campaign

Burberry has unveiled its holiday campaign featuring its brand ambassador and South Korean actor, Jun Ji-hyun, also known as Gianna Jun.

The star highlights some of the British heritage house's key pieces this season, including the Frances bag as well as the brand's iconic trench coat, which is reimagined in plongé leather. The oversized outerwear design is complete with bespoke gabardine along with an Equestrian Knight Design in a jacquard weave.

Elsewhere, the Lola boucle bag is given a Burberry Check makeover as well as a crystal-embellished iteration just in time for the holiday season. Cozy garments take center stage throughout the campaign, as Jun is seen wearing a dark brown coat covered in curly shearling.

Jun, aged 41, is known for her roles in K-dramas My Love From the Star and The Legend of the Blue Sea, as well as classic, iconic movies such as My Sassy Girl. Last year, she took headlines for her role in Kingdom: Ashin of the North.

The campaign arrives after Burberry's major announcement in September that it would replace Riccardo Tisci with Daniel Lee as Chief Creative Officer.
