PORT ST. LUCIE — Actor and comedian Kevin James was spotted at a local Mexican restaurant just after Christmas.

The star of "Paul Blart: Mall Cop" dropped by Tacos & Beer, in Bridge Plaza on Port St. Lucie Boulevard, for a few minutes Dec. 26 with his family and was very "discreet", according to restaurant staff.

"We didn't talk to him much, but he was very nice," said waitress Olivia Lorenzo.

Does Kevin James live in Florida?

James sold his Delray Beach property in May 2023 for about $12.6 million. He purchased the house in January 2021 for $14 million.

Will Kevin James' comedy tour stop on the Treasure Coast?

James will embark on his "Owls Don't Talk" comedy tour Feb. 3 in Huntington, New York. He will perform April 3 at the Fort Pierce Sunrise Theatre in Fort Pierce. Tickets are $59.50-$99.50.

After Fort Pierce, James will perform four more shows in Florida — in Daytona Beach, Fort Meyers, Hollywood and Tampa before continuing on his national tour.
