Kim Zolciak and her ex Kroy Biermann are officially parting ways with their infamous Alpharetta, Georgia, mansion.

The Bravo star, 45, and the NFL pro, 38, have listed the sprawling seven-bedroom property for $6 million. The property sits on 1.78 acres and boasts 11 bathrooms, according to a listing on Zillow.

As far as amenities, the brick and stone estate includes a six-car garage, billiard and arcade rooms, a gym with a private massage room, a 500-bottle climate-controlled walk-in wine cellar, a heated pool, and a home theater.

Zolciak and Biermann purchased the home in 2012, a year after they got married. They lived there with their children: Kroy "KJ" Jagger Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, 9. Kim also has two older daughters from a previous relationship, Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21, whom Kroy legally adopted.

News of the listing comes close to two months after Biermann filed for divorce from Zolciak. The pair had previously filed to legally dissolve their 12-year union back in May, then decided not to split in July in an attempt to reconcile.

In February, a notice shared by Fulton County stated that the home was in foreclosure after the ex-couple defaulted on a $1.56 million loan they took out in October 2012 and that Truist Bank would be putting the property up for public auction.

A source told PEOPLE at the time that Zolciak was "telling everyone this is a misunderstanding and is being sorted out." Brille and Ariana also denied the news in a conversation with TMZ.

Although the issue was later resolved, an insider shared with PEOPLE that financial woes had played an issue in their relationship.

"There's no cheating on either side. The money has a lot to do with the split, but there were other factors. He's been managing [the family] for a long time, so he technically did have a job. They're not on good terms right now," the source said.

Biermann also went to court for the sole ability to sell their family home without Zolciak's sign-off in August. Court documents obtained by PEOPLE stated that the sale could help erase "significant debt" for the couple.

As far as their living situation, a source confirmed to PEOPLE earlier in October that the pair are "still under the same roof" even after police had previously been called to the home.
