'RHOBH' Ex Star Kim Richards Sued for Allegedly Not Paying Ghostwriter Who Worked for the Reality Star

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Kim Richards is being sued after a famous ghostwriter for celebrities says the reality star owes her a bunch of cash for work she did.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, a woman named Alison Baker claims she was hired by Richards to do some sort of work related to writing.

It's unclear what work was done, but Baker is well-known for ghostwriting books for celebrity clients. She even helped Nicky Hilton write one of her books, and of course, that is Richards' niece.

She says in the documents of the lawsuit, "My client refuses to pay me despite our signed contract and a job well done."

As for how much is owed, Baker says, "The defendant owes me $10,000 according to our contract. For the work I performed, however I will settle for just under what she owes me."

Rumors have been swirling about Kim Richards writing a book and one of her co-stars even posted on social media about the project. Brandi Glanville tweeted earlier this year, teasing, "I love you & goodnight @KimRichards11 can’t wait for your new book #juicy finally #spillingthetea ❤️❤️."

Richards has had her fair share of legal problems over the years, most recently the Bravo star was arrested at a Los Angeles Target store for shoplifting.

At the time, she was accused of stealing upwards of $600 worth of items. Security in the store spotted her taking several items and placed her under a citizen's arrest until the police arrived.

Either way, with all that is the Hilton family and "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," it sounds like the makings of a great book.
