Fans flooded Kim Kardashian's Instagram post with several concerned comments after the reality star shared a picture showing the 6-year-old with her ankle wrapped on Wednesday.
The photos are from their recent trip to the Bahamas and fans are stressing out over what appears to be an injured North West.
Several followers are asking what happened to the tiny tot.
"Did North take a tumble in her heels?" one person asked. "What happened to my daughter north foot?" responded another.
Fans are even questioning if the young fashionista is setting a new trend.
"What happened to my niece ankle or is it an accessory?" wrote a fan.
In the adorable pic, Kim is seen matching her daughters, North and Chicago, 1,in a metallic silver one-piece.
Besides what appears to be an ankle injury, Kim and Kanye's oldest daughter appears to be pretty content being on the beach with her family in the Bahamas.
It wasn't just a girl's trip either!
The KKW Beauty founder brought along her whole tiny crew.
While the matriarch matched her daughters, she couldn't help but pair her little boys in their own similar swim shorts too!
Kim held onto her kids tightly as she attempted to pose for a group snap with her four small children, which went about as well as you'd imagine.
"Bahamas Pics Coming Up! I thought taking a pic with three kids was hard OMG this is almost impossible!" she wrote.
As The Blast reported, Kim and Khloe Kardashian ditched Kylie Jenner's 22nd birthday in Italy for their own relaxing trip.
The famous sisters yachted with their children and brought along Kim's newly-single BFF, La La Anthony.
Kim even experienced pig island, and let's just say, she probably won't be back anytime soon.
