Kim Kardashian's Former L.A. Mansion Where She Lived with Kris Humphries Is for Sale for $5.7M

Living like your favorite reality star can now be a reality. The home Kim Kardashian West lived in from 2010 through 2013 is back on the market for a cool $5.7 million.

Located in Beverly Hills, California, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star’s former home is listed with Josh Altman (of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles) and Daniel Damico, both of Douglas Elliman Real Estate. This is the fourth time the team is representing this particular property.

According to Douglas Elliman, the KKW Beauty founder originally sold the home in 2013 as she set off to move in with her now-husband, Kanye West, who she married in 2014. She moved into this house on Season 5, Episode 1 of Keeping Up.

Kardashian West’s first husband, NBA player Kris Humphries, also famously proposed to her in the bedroom of the five-bed, five-bath home. She and Humphries split after 72 days of marriage in 2011.

According to the listing, the 3,800-square-foot, Tuscan-style villa is tucked away on Beverly Hills’ Deep Canyon Drive, on a secluded, half-acre plot of land. A gated front yard and lush front garden lead to the home’s two-story entryway, complete with hardwood floors and elegant ironwork.

Inside, the home is still outfitted with much of Kardashian West’s original furniture.

The impressive master suite boasts a fireplace, massive walk-in closet, soaking tub, lounge area and dual vanities. A separate dressing room also features two custom vanities, each with her former initials, KK, emblazoned above them.

Since selling this house in 2013, the mogul has added an impressive number of properties to her real estate portfolio. In addition to the estimated $60 million Hidden Hills compound where Kim, Kanye and their kids — Psalm, 7 months, Chicago, 2 this month, Saint, 4, and North, 6½ — spend the majority of their time, the Kardashian-West family has owned several properties across L.A., and recently acquired not one, but two massive ranches in Wyoming, for $14 million each.
