Kim Kardashian's Dress at the 2024 Vanity Fair Oscars Party Reminds Us of an (Incredibly Chic) Napkin

The SKIMS founder wore a custom white Balenciaga look with an angular neckline to the star-studded bash

Kim Kardashian was one of several stars who stepped out in a gown featuring a dramatic structured silhouette on Sunday night.

On the Oscars red carpet there was Emma Stone's custom Luis Vuitton design with a petal-like peplum, Eva Longoria's Tamara Ralph dress with some serious shoulders and Sandra Hüller's Schiaparelli with some even more serious shoulders.

Then, the makeup mogul, 43, brought the trend to the star-studded Vanity Fair Oscar party where she posed for photos in a custom white version of Balenciaga's CB Diamond dress, which was shown in black at the label's street show in L.A. in December.

The bodice of the white scuba satin design had an angular neckline that formed a sharp tip pointing towards Kardashian's face.

She styled the look with Lorraine Schwartz jewels, including pear-shaped diamond earrings and black Balenciaga Square Knife pumps.

The Vanity Fair Oscars party was a family affair for the reality stars and SKIMS founder, as her mom, Kris Jenner, and her sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner were also in attendance at the celebration.

Kendall, 28, wore a figure-hugging Maison Margiela Artisanal Haute Couture gown with vibrant red lipstick.

Kylie, 26, opted for a Ludovic de Saint Sernin gown, which the designer described on Instagram as a "dark red metal mesh cleavage dress." It also featured "a crystal incrustation" inspired by Robert Mapplethorpe's photography.

Kris, 68, chose an Oscar de la Renta gown from the brand's Fall 2024 collection. The crystal and sequin design featured a dandelion design and bugle bead embroidery,

Inside the party, Kardashian was spotted hanging out with Lindsay Lohan who was also wearing Balenciaga for the evening. The actress, 37, chose a sparkly strapless gown from the label's 2024 summer collection.
