In the end, Kim writes, "I have suffered and continue to suffer, severe emotional distress. I fear for my own safety. I also fear for the safety of those close to me, my family, and others at my workplace...I am concerned with a restraining order in place, he will continue to escalate his threats and will attempt to physically harm or even kill me."

Luckily, an L.A. judge agreed with the seriousness of the situation and ordered a temporary restraining order be put in place. The man is ordered to not contact the famous couple in any way, or harass them. Plus, he is not to come within 100 yards of Kardashian or her home.

A hearing to argue for a long-term restraining order has been set for June 13, 2022.
