Kim Kardashian Says Daughter North Filming Her Makeup-Free on TikTok Doesn't Bother Her: 'Who Cares?'

Kardashian says makeup is fun, but not necessary, especially when enjoying silly moments with her little girl

Kim Kardashian may be releasing a makeup line, but she's not opposed to a fresh face.

The SKKN founder, 43, tells Bustle that while other people may comment on it, she's not bothered by appearing out and about or on social media without makeup on. She used the TikTok videos she often appears in with daughter North, 10, as an example.

"If you notice, all the TikToks are me without makeup. North has to get everything approved by me. The TikTok is on my phone. So, it's like, all the pictures are taken on my phone. It's not like anything's posted without my permission. I just think sometimes it's like, who cares?" she says.

Kardashian points out that she's often without makeup when filming the family's reality series, The Kardashians.

"I find it just kind of ridiculous," she admits. "It's like, 'Oh my God, she has no makeup.' I post photos with no makeup all the time."

Kardashian continues, "It's kind of like when I do a photo shoot, I always let the photographer just [do their thing]. I love working with different people, even if it's not exactly what I would do. I like to see other people's vision of me."

"So North loves doing TikToks and social media really early in the morning and sometimes really late at night and I have no makeup on. And she's always like, 'Mom, come on, let's just do it.' And why not? What am I going to do, ruin the experience because I want to go get some makeup on? It's kind of ridiculous."

In addition to North, Kardashian shares Psalm, 4. Chicago, 6, and Saint, 8, with ex-husband Kanye West.

In a TikTok last summer, not only did Kardashian appear fresh-faced but so did mom Kris Jenner as the three enjoyed a spa day together.

“Scalp Spa Day at Yangsiguan. Daughter/Mom/Grandma Day! Yep, we found this place on tik tok and it was soooo worth it!” Kardashian wrote alongside some footage of the visit.

At the beginning of the clip, North was seen getting a scalp massage as she sat in a chair. Mom Kardashian and Jenner, 68, meanwhile, received scalp massages as they lay on beds surrounded by steam.

In another clip, North flipped her hair about excitedly and was later seen with her mom and Grandma posing in matching dressing gowns.
