Kim Kardashian And Odell Beckham Jr. Split After Less Than A Year

Kim Kardashian has been in her fair share of high-profile relationships. Now, the reality star is single again after reportedly breaking up with her football player boyfriend, Odell Beckham Jr.

The Relationship Was Never Confirmed

While the two never officially confirmed their relationship, the rumors about their status had persisted since the two were first linked in September of 2023.

Kardashian, 43, and the Baltimore Ravens wide receiver kept their relationship casual, never appearing on a red carpet together or confirming their relationship in the press.

E! News reported that the two began spending more time together late last year.

“Kim and Odell are friends and have a lot of mutual friends in common. She's not seriously dating anyone at the moment but open to finding love again if she meets the right person. Right now her main focus is on her kids and her businesses.”

Beckham's Ex Posted Cryptic Message On Social Media

Back in September, Lauren Wood, Beckham’s recent most ex-girlfriend, and mother to his son, Zydn, posted a cryptic message to her social media channel amidst rumors about Beckham and Kardashian.

The model posted an album of selfies and captioned it, “Staying present in the moment is the closest you get to trusting the unknown.”

Beckham Had Been After Kardashian For A Long Time

At the time, sources told People magazine that Beckham had had his eye on Kardashian for a long time.

“Odell’s been after Kim for a really long time. He’s always had a thing for her, but the timing just never aligned.”

Kardashian divorced her third husband, Kanye West, back in February of 2021 after 10 years together. She went on to date “Saturday Night Live” star Pete Davidson before splitting with him in August of 2022.

The “The Kardashians” star is a mom to four—North, 10, Saint, 8, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 4—from her relationship with West.

Beckham Tight With Kardashian Family For Years

Beckham has a history with the famous reality family. He was once linked to Khloe Kardashian, which both denied, and also starred in a campaign for Kendall Jenner’s brand, Moon.

A source told the Daily Mail in February that Khloe “approved” of her sister’s relationship with Beckham.

“Khloe has fully given Kim's blessing to go for it. It was nothing serious between Odell and Khloe—they had a few flirtatious moments. Khloe ultimately wants Kim to find someone and be happy.”

Since first being linked with Beckham, Kardashian was spotted at Beckhams 31^st birthday party in November of 2023. The couple were also spotted at the Super Bowl in February of this year and at the Vanity Fair Oscars party in March.

Former Couple Will Remain Friends

Regarding the split, a source told Entertainment Tonight that they hadn’t been spending as much time together, as both have busy careers and families, but they are remaining friends.

“Kim and Odell have been doing their own things lately. Kim is so busy and hasn't been putting any pressure on herself to be committed to anyone or in a serious relationship. She is all about being a hands-on mom… Kim and Odell have always been open and honest about their future, whether that be together or separate. They had a good thing and there aren't any hard feelings on either side. They started as friends and still are. They will continue to be respectful of each other's spaces, careers, families, and friends.”
