Kim Kardashian Needs to Make the World a Safe Place for Her Kids
Kim Kardashian loves being a mother! She is working endlessly to provide for them! When she sat down in an interview with "Today" show’s Jenna Bush Hager she discussed how her children are her motivation for all of the work she has been doing recently. Her role as a mother has taken a different direction as all of her children are growing up. She is finding that she had to change after becoming a mom.

Hager asked: “You have four kids. I’ve noticed that your passion for this work really came after you became a mom. Did they change your perception on life, on how important it is that we care about others?”
Kardashian answered, “I absolutely think they did. I definitely see how, especially, like, black men, are treated in this country. And I’m raising two black men and so I want to make sure that my world and their world is as safe and as fair as possible.”
She's Gone?
Kim’s response is a clear difference from the image most people associate with the Kardashian label. Kim has slowly departed this image as she has become more involved in criminal justice. Her involvement with Alice Marie Johnson brought attention to the case and now women is free due to Kim and the black lawyers involved throughout the journey. It is crazy how much people can change within a year. No one thought Kim would go down this avenue, but here she bringing light to cases people would normally ignore.
A New Path
She said about Alice that, “[She] found me and we were supposed to be on this journey together. It’s just been such a journey that I didn’t ever imagine I’d be on, but I’m so glad that I am. and I just love that we’ve been able to get a lot of work done and I just don’t want to stop that.
Well, don't stop! There are a lot more cases like this and people who are behind bars wrongly.

Kim talked about how as a result of the changes she is embarking on she has become stricter with the children. She said, “The kids are getting older. Kanye is very cautious about what we have in the house. We got rid of TVs in the kids’ rooms and removed makeup from North’s room. WOW!
