Back in October, Kim Kardashian‘s shapewear brand SKIMS was announced as the official underwear partner of the WNBA. Now, a few months later, the brand’s new campaign shows just how invested Kardashian is in working with and highlighting WNBA rising stars.

On May 14, SKIMS shared their new campaign on Instagram starring WNBA legend Candace Parker, second overall draft pick Cameron Brink, Connecticut Sun player Dijonai Carrington, and All-Stars Kelsey Plum and Skylar Diggins-Smith.

In the announcement video, all five WNBA stars are seen glammed up and glowy while wearing skin-matching underwear. “If I had to describe myself in one word on the court, it would be menace,” Diggins-Smith said in a voice-over of the video. “When you’re on the court, nothing else matters,” Carrington added. “Me on the court is fire,” added Plum.

Alongside the new campaign, SKIMS and the WNBA put out a statement celebrating their collaboration. “I’m thrilled to be included in the first-ever SKIMS WNBA campaign alongside this amazing group of rising stars and all-stars,” three-time WNBA champion Parker said in the statement. “As I move onto this next chapter in my life, I hope to leave the game in a better place and continue to be an example of what is possible both on and off the court.”

Los Angeles Sparks rookie Brink was also thrilled to be a part of the campaign. “My fans know how much I love fashion. SKIMS has been an underwear staple in my wardrobe for years,” Brink said in the statement. “I’m really grateful to be included in this lineup of players, especially with the greats who I have looked up to for so long. It’s truly a dream come true to be working with a brand that I love so much.”

In addition to the players-turned-models, The Kardashians star said she’s also loving of the campaign. “I’m proud to launch this new WNBA campaign starring such an incredible cast of athletes,” Kardashian said in the statement. “Championing women and women in sports is incredibly important to SKIMS.”

“Our brand DNA is rooted in inclusivity, representation and women’s empowerment, which are values shared with the WNBA,” she continued. “We are honored to be the Official Underwear Partner of the league and look forward to continuing our work together throughout the season.”

In the comments, fans are also celebrated the campaign. “this is so impactful as someone who is female presenting and plays basketball… thank you for this 🩷,” wrote one Instagram user. “Women supporting women is gonna do it EVERY SINGLE TIME,” another wrote. As big fans of this collaboration ourselves, we couldn’t agree more!
