Kim Kardashian Knows Finding a Husband Who Can 'Deal with' Her Life — and Has 'Good Teeth' — Is a Tall Order

Kardashian affirms she's "not lonely" and shares qualities from her list of desired traits in a future partner — but insists she's "not so delusional to [think] that someone will check every single box"

Kim Kardashian isn’t going to settle for just anyone if she decides to get married again.

The Kardashians star, 43, admitted on SiriusXM’s This Life of Mine with James Corden podcast that she isn’t sure if she will tie the knot again as she knows it will be a tall order to find the right person.

“There'll be moods where I'm just like, ‘You know what? I understand my life is really big and I understand it takes a really, really, really special, unique person to want to deal with that,’” she told host James Corden. “I think my life is really fun and whoever comes in my life will have a really good time, but it's a lot.”

The mother of four added: “I'm not lonely, so I'm good. I have my kids, I have work, I have my family, but it would be nice to share your life with someone, but when you do, it's such a big [commitment], I don't take that lightly.”

When asked if she thought the man needed to be famous, Kardashian — who has recently been romantically linked to Odell Beckham Jr. — said she didn’t believe that was a necessity but noted, “They would just have to really somehow understand what this life is.”

Kardashian has previously been married three times and shares four children with ex-husband Kanye West: daughters North, 10, and Chicago, 6, and sons Psalm, 4, and Saint, 8. She also dated Pete Davidson for nine months last year before they went their separate ways.

Corden, 45, observed that the SKIMS founder enjoyed “initial stages of love,” which he said can be confused with “what love is." Kardashian then clarified, “Totally. I'm the biggest hopeless romantic, but I do know the difference. I know what a real relationship is.”

Kardashian admitted she keeps a notes list on her phone of characteristics she would like in a man but said she is not “not so delusional” to believe she will find someone who “will check every single box.”

The reality star went on to list what detail what is looking for a new partner, saying, “Accountable for actions. Takes accountability. Good teeth. Can hold their own. I don't have to babysit all the time. I mean, just a good genuine person that's driven and has their own motivations in life to, the list is so long.”

During the season 3 premiere of The Kardashians in May, Kardashian further read aloud a long list from her phone of the qualities she’s looking for in a potential suitor to friends Tracy Romulus, Olivia Pierson and Natalie Halcro.

The first few qualities included protecting her, fighting for her and having good hygiene, which she called "a given." Other qualities included, “Calm, no mom or dad issues, patient, supportive, genuinely happy for me, successful and good teeth," as well as someone her “friends and family love" and who can be a “role model for my kids, especially that my boys can look up to.”

Kardashian also poked fun at herself by saying she was looking for someone with “no heavy baggage," adding: "I have enough."

The SKIMS founder's extensive list continued with demands that include being taller than her, enjoying workouts, "a motivated person, an independent person that’s not clingy and someone with good taste.” She also joked he can't be balding and must be into self-care.

“I want to love their scent, even in the gym, let's get facials together, can read a room, let's do lasers, has their own s--- going on, also adaptable, I love hair, respect to others, especially when no one is watching, let's do ice baths together, teeth, good teeth,” she reiterated.

As a producer asked, "Are you willing to help someone?” when she finished reading her list, Kardashian responded, "Listen, I would help someone get veneers if that’s what you’re asking."
