Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Spend Thanksgiving in Japan

Many celebrities chose to make this Thanksgiving a unique one. Gwen Stefani and her family made a Funyun turkey. Iggy Azalea brought Thanksgiving to Australia. Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry even spent the American holiday in Japan, but they weren't the only ones.

According to E! News, Kim and Kanye decided to spend the holiday in Tokyo. They brought along their children Psalm West, Saint West, North West, and Chicago West. They were also joined by Kourtney Kardashian and her family.

Is Kanye West's New Found Interest in Religion and Gospel Affecting Kim Kardashian's Style?

"The group hit up Tokyo's district of Asakusa, where they went shopping and sightseeing and enjoyed family meals," an eyewitness told E! News.

"Kanye also spent time shopping for clothes and shoes with Kourtney's eldest son Mason, 9."

"Kourtney was taking pictures everywhere and really enjoying the scenery," the source explained. "They all seem to love Tokyo and can't get enough of the culture. The kids had a great time and they all loved their holiday there."

The famous couple also took the time to help others.

Kim Kardashian visited the Monash University's Tokyo Journalism Field School where she spoke to kids who were aspiring journalists.

There is a lot of speculation about the status of Kim and Kanye's relationship. Kanye recently became a hardcore Christian and Trump supporter. He visited Trump's oval office last October to praise Trump. Many considered his speech to be rambling and incoherent. There have also been rumors circulating concerning Kanye's mental health.

Many believe he's trying to push his views onto Kim.

Kim Kardashian recently spoke out about how she plans to show less skin in 2020. This is a surprising statement coming from the celebrity who gained fame through a sex tape and is considered a sex symbol.

She recently told The Cut that she had an "epiphany" and decided to dress more conservatively on her own.

“I don’t know if it’s the fact that my husband has voiced that sometimes too sexy is just overkill, and he’s not comfortable with that,” she explained.

“I listen to him and understand him. Still, at the end of the day, he always gives me the freedom to be and do what I want. But I have kind of had this awakening myself. I realized I could not even scroll through Instagram in front of my kids without full nudity coming up on my feed pretty much all the time.”

It's hard to say whether she made the decision on her own, but it might be an effort to help Kanye's possible political campaign.
