Halloween weekend is bringing out all of Hollywood's spookiest stars! Kim Kardashian went all blue for her "X-Men" Mystique costume, as her sister Kendall Jenner dressed up as Jesse from "Toy Story." Hailey Bieber had two costume changes for her events, channeling an iconic YSL 1999 haute couture collection look for her first costume and stepped into a Versace vampire style to close out the weekend. Kerry Washington nailed it as Lionel Richie, while P Diddy got into character as the Joker.
